One trick for keeping your hair in great condition is to use your blowdryer less or on a medium setting. Humidifiers are great for your hair, they lock in moisture and fight static. A good trick is to also run dryer sheets on dry hair to avoid static.
A good way to shampoo is to try to skip a day between shampoos so you don’t stop your natural hair oils from doing their job. If you must wash your hair, just do a light rinse and condition.
